The diverse focus of each member of the institute in corporate and commercial law ensures a broad coverage of the wide spectrum of Corporate and International Commercial Law.

In particular, the institute and its members focus on general corporate law, the law of corporations, the law of business-related transactions, corporate and commercial conditions, legal and economic regulatory supervision in Europe, competition and anti-trust law, banking and stock exchange law, reorganization law and European private law.

Further focal points include the harmonization of the legal systems of Southeastern Europe to European Union law in the areas of corporate and commercial law.

The Institute is also well represented in the Field of Excellence in Smart Regulation by Profs. Robertson and Zollner.
