As part of the diploma requirements for the study in law, students must successfully pass “Business Law” by oral examination at the second stage of the degree programme.

Diploma thesis topics can be selected from the subject “corporate law” and dissertation topics selected from the field of corporate and commercial law.

As part of the requirements for the bachelor´s programme in “Business Administration” and the master´s programme in “Applied Ethics,” students must successfully pass the examination “Business Law.”

As part of the requirements for the bachelor´s programme in “Business Law for Technical Professions,” students must successfully complete courses in “Module D:  Corporate and Company Law” and “Module I:  Accounting, Taxes and Financing.”
